Celexa and Chills???

I may be all alone here but I've noticed something recently. I started celexa a month ago and I haven't been able to get warm since. I walk around in sweatshirts when its warm and sunny and I turn the heat up inside and require a hot water bottle when I go to bed. Is it the depression/panic causing this or has anyone else had this side effect from their meds? Thanks in advance---Tina
