Just a PAIN, can't really describe it. Almost like pressure on the stomach. I didn't gain any weight while on the Topamax. I lost around 10 lbs. But when I started taking the Depakote along with it, the weight loss leveled off, I think the 2 medications were fighting each other. Couldn't lose anymore.
