I just wanted to add to what Scott said. The Tips section mentions Stelazine and Risperdone(?) being used at low doses for fatigue. Sulpiride is another low dose neuroleptic used for depression. Not available here, but in Japan Sulpiride is the number one option for dysthymia. If I had to guess though, I would say amisulpride is significantly more effective than these other neuroleptics. The only domestic drug that is similar in character and likely approaches it in efficacy is the dopamine agonist Mirapex.
