Angela - Go with what resolved your depressive symptoms the best. If it was Zoloft and the side effect isn't that bothersome, then go back to this med. Zoloft can help with obsessing, too, but usually at higher dosages (eg 150mg - 200mg). You will need to titrate up to these dosages and give each level a chance to work (to minimize the final dosage). Also, remember to take the Zoloft with food to maximize the amount available to your brain.

Paxil would be my next choice if the Zoloft is not working well enough. It seems to work on obsessing better than Prozac (in most people), but the Prozac would work as well.
