Jaw Clenching,.........

is there anything to help or stop this. It's the BuSpar and I really don't want to go off it but my poor face hurts so bad from clenching my jaws. Most of the time I don't notice I'm doing this but when I get in bed at night it hurts so bad I can't get to sleep. Gloria
