I managed a decent 5 hours sleep last night, but what John said really rings true... I'mway too "mentally" energised... I like I'm onthe berge of panic alot, and my brain is constantly whirring, but never follows the same string for long! This is the same in my conversation.
I may be able to talk to the doctomorrow, so hopefully he may suggest something. Iahve some remeron left over, so I'll ask about that.
