Wes,
I've been taking Remeron for close to a year now as a sleep agent, I have real bad insomnia. As you've probably noticed, it has a tendancy to make you very tired. For some people this effect wears off after 3-4 weeks of use as the chemical builds up in your system. For others, like me, it never does. I've had several docs tell me that the more you take (30-45mgs), the less tired you will get, go figure..... Perhaps taking it at night just before bedtime might help. Are you taking any other meds in combo with the Remeron? Since starting on Wellbutrin SR my desire to exercise has started to return, when the spirit moves me, that is.... :-)

Peace,
Greg

> I started on 15mg of Remeron on 20 Apr and my energy level is still in the toilet. I was wondering if anyone out there who takes Remeron is able to exercise with vigor and intensity? Thanks.
