> Andy, sounds like you need a good evaluation by a psychiatrist who is attuned to treating add in young adults. You are describing a common problem ad folks run into - I would also recommend you look into the books "you mean I'm not lazy stupid or crazy?" and "driven to distraction" as great ways to educate yourself on ADD and co-morbid problems - also CHADD (children and adults with add) has a web site (www.chadd.org) that has lots of info and links. They also have the address of the local Chadd chapter in your area, where you can call and see if anyone has a rec. for a doc who know what they're doing with add in adults (most don't!!)Meanwhile, a low dose of an ad would make sense, but also reeval of your stimulants - sounds like they're pooping out, which happens if you take them for a long time - also, if you are drinking any alcohol, you are shooting yourself in the foot, both moodwise, and attentionwise. Good luck! Leslye
