I'm sure they are out there but I don't know anybody personally who has been helped by Buspar. I took it at one point and felt NOTHING. After my father died 2years ago my sister was given Buspar to get through the grief and it didn't help her (and she's a real light weight when it comes to meds).
I agree with JohnL about trying something like Zyprexa or Risperdol. Maybe even Naltrexone? I know they have helped me. It can't be any worse than you currently are.
