Noa,
I apologize for being repetitive and persistent...but I REALLY feel strongly you should look at 'comparing' other stimulants besides Ritalin, and comparing several antipsychotics. I believe these have more robust and more rapid potentials than Buspar, Wellbutrin, or any other choices I can think of. I'll spare you a lengthy technical term paper as to why I feel strongly about this, but the highlights are:
1. Potential for RAPID improvement...one day to one week.
2. Get away from the antidepressant class altogether. They take too long and have been somewhat disappointing overall with your chemistry. We can always come back to them later if the rapid-potential drugs fail.
3. Though the antipsychotics are expensive just like Buspar (pricey!) and Wellbutrin, the stimulants are dirt cheap.
4. In your shoes, I would try these BEFORE exploring any more in the antidepressant class:
Adderall, Ionamin, Tenuate; Risperdal, Stelazine, Zyprexa, Amisulpride; Adrafinil, Modafinil. It's just a gut instinct, but I would bet money your magic molecule is somewhere in this list.
