I'm a little shaky but no other effects so far. What is the difference between Prozac and Celexa? Has anyone else had like jittery feelings with Celexa?

Question is did the prozac work well for you at first then start losing its effectiveness? If thats the case I'm in the same situation. You can either increase the dose or add a second drug to enhance its effect. I'm chosing the latter.
Prozac is (was) the best for me. Terrific drug. had the fewest side effects. Tried celexa briefly but caused lots of nausea and anxiety. As for the differences its like comparing apples and oranges.
