Margret - I looked up the site and they use some language that sets off my BS-detector. This drug *can't* interact with other medications? That is a very strong claim, since they do not say what the mechanism of action is. Your friend could try it, but I wouldn't.
There may have been an interaction between Petadolex and Manerix. You can never say that there will not be an interaction, with any drug.
The above is speculation on my part, as I do not know of Petadolex personally. I am hesitant to say anything more about it until I see some pharmacokinetic information and some randomized, double-blind controlled studies of it's efficacy.
