DC: I finally get the message! Thank you! Its just that I had the impression, I guess, that it WOULD be more energizing the more one took. Obviously, I was wrong and due to your input, I cut down on it today and will go off this weekend altogether to get the "rest" you refer to. Thanks again. Listening but lame, Liz
Point one: raising the dose on Stims will not necessary give you a more energizing effect. IN FACT, it often does the OPPOSITE!
