changing from wellbutrin to Effexor XR

I have been taking effexor xr for about at month now. I am taking 225 mg in the morning. I have been feeling very agitated, anxious and obsessing alot. I think these are side affects of the medication. Does anyone Know how long these side effects take to subside?
