An uncommon side effect of taking AD's is a reduction in white blood cells. It may be a good idea to have that checked out if you haven't already.

Although it isn't necessarily serious, it would probably be a good idea to speak with your doctor about it (who may ask you to get a white blood-cell test to make sure that things are basically OK).
