Good for you! It seems to me HMO's definitely work on the "squeaky-wheel" principle, and if you want anything done, you have to squeak loudly and continuously. But they often give in if you do. Keep us posted on how the stress test, walking, etc. are going!

I tap danced for the HMO and after a scarry weekend they said OK, we will reinstate.
