I added WB to my Serzone with the ambivalent consent of my pdoc to help offset the droney effects and lack of any vitality. My reaction was somewhat unique also in that it was great at first: improved sex drive, better concentration, more driven, more vital, more confiedence, less nervous around people.
Then the racy thoughts returned that I got on Serzone to stop. I could not concentrate on my work, and I had trouble finding simple words. The WB appears to have exacerbated problems with rage (I guess a metabolite of Serzone is to blame, made worse by the WB).
Aside from all that, I liked it. But I had to come off. I still take it on the weekends when I need to interact socially and not be the boring "stormcloud" guy. I'm thinking of switching back to an SSRI like Celexa and maybe adding the WB at 75 mg to offset the Celexa side effects. Serzone cannot release me from the terrible, unredeemable thoughts about myself.
Mixing WB and Serzone appears to be a crapshoot depending on your chemistry. But many report the effects after 3 mos. is different (better or worse) from after the first couple of weeks.
