Thanks for the quick reply! I shall heed your advice. I haven't had too bad of a stomach upset. But I think I will just take it all in the morning then. This board islucky to have your vast knowledge!

Could she have been a fast metabolizer? - maybe.). Also, you can judge by your stomach upset or by convenience. The Zoloft are not time-released, they just have a half-life of approximately one day (26h). I would personally prefer once daily as the stomach ache (if there is one) is only once daily and it is easier to fit a once day dosing into a regular daily routine.
