Gloria - Remember to take the Zoloft with food (usually supper). Not only does it help with the stomach upset, it does help it to work better (with a meal, more of the drug travels through the liver unmetabolized on first pass). You will probably notice the side effects are the worst during the first couple of week, as your body adjusts to the drug. They will lessen with time (eg headache, stomach upset, nausea, drowsiness, etc)

As for the Buspar; although it does not work for many people, I have seen it work wonders for anxiety in some (more than just placebo effect, I think - but placebo effect probably does help). Hope this helps - Cam W.
