Boyd, I don't think you're "crackers" either. Although the Effexor-XR has really toned down my mental simultaneous "tracks," which I attribute to OCD, I still find myself humming or singing internally certain songs (luckily not for days and days, though, like I used to do). At times, I still lightly grind my teeth at the same time, in sync with the music also. This is especially likely when I am feeling anxious. To try to change this, in addition to the Effexor, I've been trying to listen to new music, so at least I get more variety!
