> Sandra, I have tried taking WellbutrinSR twice and both times I had an allergic reaction. This was in the form of a hive-like rash ( small irregular shaped raised spots) with intense itching. This started on the tenth day of taking 100 mg per day. I discontinued the WellbutrinSR and used benadryl. It disappeared completely in about 2 days. A.Thanks for the reply, April. That sounds exactly like the rash that I have. I've taken benadryl and it hasn't helped yet. What did you replace the Wellbutrin SR with? Have you tried the immediate release stuff?? I need so badly for something to work for me, and I'm not sure what to try next! Does anyone have any suggestions?
