I feel the same way you do. I'm not even that crazy about using something that is not available at the corner drug store. I feel as if my mental health is always hanging by a thread, and at the mercy of the international postal system.I have just ordered my first bottle of reboxetine from London.
Anyway, from what I could surmise from the FDA statement, there should not be any problem if you stay within the guidelines proscribed in the following FDA document:

In general, I'm not sure you need to do much more than provide the pharmacy with a prescription script and a letter from your doctor describing your illness and how the drug is to be administered.
