ANFRANIL AND SEX IN WOMEN

I HAVE BEEN TAKING aNAFRANIL FOR 3 YEARS AND i STOPPED IT and returned to it again 9 monts ago.
What I want to know : Does Anafranil affects Sex in women? In other words does anafranil weakens sex ability in woman or is it good for them.
