feeling bad!!!!

Hello, Yes, I was feeling good, but, my wonderful parents came to visit, then the upset began. I feel like something in me is going to explode. My husband tells me the drugs are not going to take away the pain.
I feel with that much zoloft I am taking 300mg should take away the pain...I took 4-5 ativan, due to my nerves. It didn't help. WHY!!!!!!! I can't understand why it didn't help.

This is the sec. day of not eating..all I do is smoke cigs. and drink coffee.

I told my ther. about panic attacks, she said to punch a pillow....I got really mad...

I know my moods have been happy for awhile then it comes crashing down...
