Wellbutrin is an activating antidepressant so you have to be careful with experiencing agitation and insomnia. I was told to space the doses out by a at least 6-8 hours.
I don't think the Prozac is having any effect on the new symptoms. It probably is the Wellbutrin, so call your doc and see what he/she wants you to do. I would think a lower is warranted.
