Hi Gloria,
Some people find that the various SSRIs differ a lot in terms of their side effects. If you've had a good response to Celexa but are annoyed by the fatigue and weight gain, you might first ask your doctor about a careful switchover to either Zoloft or Prozac. Of the SSRIs, these seem to be the least frequently associated with the drawbacks you've encountered, though everyone reacts differently of course.
best of luck,
jd

> Hi, I could use some advice. I have been on Celexa for 31/2 months for panic and OCD. I am frustrated with the weight gain and being tired. I can't cope at work and depression from weight gain. It did work for the panic and OCD, but I would almost put up with the attacks then the weight gain. I do excersise and eat sensibly. I go to the doctor on Thurs. and could use some advice on what maybe to try next or to augument the Celexa with. I tried Wellbutrin but was not to good for anxeity. Thanks Gloria
