The cayotes are from Janice's posting but probably my pronunciation, which incorporates a lot of geography...maybe a cayote is a coyote on peyote...we have them out around the wilderness fringes of Vancouver & in Stanley Park to keep small domestic rodents and their owners on alert...

> dj - You are partially right, except our wild dogs at called coyotes, not cayotes, no matter how bad your southern-drawl is. Just to keep the record straight. The coyotes eat mice and keep our varmit population down, due to the near extinction of our timberwolves and mountainlions (sigh). Thanks for thinkin' of us yokels. - Cam W.
