Wellbutrin was almost marketed once as an appetite suppressant. It was also almost marketed as a sexual enhancer. But the focus turned to its antidepressant potential instead. Weight loss is a common side effect, though a few people will actually gain weight instead. But for absence of weight gain potential, the odds are in your favor with Wellbutrin.

Any of the SSRIs, like Celexa, are well known for weight gain potential. The WEllbutrin might nullify that. Often the two together work better than either alone. You might want to start with Wellbutrin, give it a month, and later consider adding Celexa if the Wellbutrin alone isn't getting you 100% well. But of all the choices, Wellbutrin is one of the least likely to cause weight gain, and it wouldn't be uncommon to experience some weight loss.
