If the meds you are taking are doing some good try higher doses. It is not uncommon that PTSD requires higher doses, often higher than the max recommended. I guess you are taking elivil at PM for sleep ? Try 50-75 mgs as it is sedating so it will help with anxiety. I would try upping the Zoloft, too. Till the dose changes
take hold up the Klonioin as it will help at once and it sounds like you are really suffering. Of course you need to check with your doc but you seem to be in considerable distress.If you try Zoloft at a higher dose for several months with no result I would try another AD. You might search the net and see what AD's are currently being used in PTSD.
