SSRI+ lithium+ anti-convulsant anyone? Please

I just wondered whether anyone was on a cocktail which included one of each of those three. Normal dose SSRI, low dose lithium and some anticonvulsant.

If so, which one? Which is least likely to make you feel drwosy? I know, I know. Everyone's different.
