The remembering of these traumas will help you to feel better in the long run as you face them and deal with them. Do you have a therapist to help deal with these? A therapist can be invaluable and essential in helping to cope.
We also can try to help you further when you answer the questions Noa has posed. Hang in there, therapy will help, but it can take some time. Good luck.
