> SigoleneAmisulpride may help some people with chronic fatigue. It has been speculated that some of those with chronic fatigue belong to a subset of the dysthymic population. If you are indeed dysthymic, amisulpride has been shown to be quite effective for dysthymia. Personally I experienced greater energy when taking amisulpride for the first four months. Two people have told me that they had a similar energy boost when taking amisulpride. In the past I’ve had problems with exercise fatigue. Extreme physical and mental fatigue lasting 3 days followed intense exercise. Amisulpride took that away.
Side effects? About 5% to 10% of women who take amisulpride will experience endicronological problems (such as missed menses?) due to increased prolactin levels.
Other reasons for considering giving amisulpride a try are its relative safety and rapidness of action. If you try it you should expect to see results within 4 days.
Reboxetine is another medicine that might help with lack of energy.
Sigolene, are there depression discussion boards like this one on the internet in France?
