re: Effexor XR - Specific case usages?

Hello.

I've started a trial course of 75mg/day Effexor XR and was wondering what the FDA actually approve Effexor for? I suffer from a few bad things and was wondering if it will help with Social Phobia? Mood swings? Moments of anger?

Its the 2nd day and already I've noticed I cannot enjoy a cigarette. Which is excellent- I'd love to quit tobacco and it's also ceased my need for marijuana.

However, I have been very ill since the first tablet; vomiting and constant sick feeling and no energy. I understand this will pass in time but tomorrow I might half my dose :-/
