Hello Dennis: You are very welcome. It is my understanding with MAOI's that the hypertensive crisis occurs with food interactions (and drugs), hypotensive reactions can occur with the drug by itself. Your statement was based on dosage, and if you are speaking of higher doses posing higher hypertensive risk, you are right. Many blessings,
