I only started taking Adderal two weeks ago but I seem to be having the same reaction as your son. I was very calm and smooth for the first week but this week I seem to be getting some tension which borders on irritability. I only take 20mgs right now and I am a 250 pound man who usually needs to take max doses to get results. I think it is doing what it's supposed to do but I do feel a little jumpy. I'm going to give it some more time before making a descision and I think you should too. Sometimes things level out after your body adjusts to something new.
