Tring to quit Effexor

I recently found out that I am pregnant. I have been taking Effexor for two years. I stopped taking it the day I found out I was pregnant. It has been 5 days and I have a throbbing head ache, I feel dizzy, everything is constantly spinning, and I feel nausiated. I believe this is all because I quit the Effexor. Is there anything I can do? If not, how long will it last?
