Weight gain on Paxil is a lot more common than weight gain on Prozac I think. Though there are plenty of reports of people gaining weight with Prozac, that's usually not the case. It is more likely to be neutral or cause weight loss. The side effect profile says to use caution in the underweight depressed patient due to the risk of increased weight loss.
But you know how it is...we all respond differently. At least the odds are more in your favor with Prozac. :) JohnL
