Listen, you already know that this doctor is Not The One For You. And you know that this T is brother to the Therapist From The Black Lagoon. While getting things done ain't a symptom of depression, can you manage to switch them NOW?
By the way, I cannot emphasize enough the satisfaction of firing and reporting really bad MHPs. Although the last switch of therapists I made did trigger some high anxiety and shame and all that for me.
But I really hope you'll keep us updated on your situation, and that we'll find that you're as well situated as I am very soon.
For whatever incentive this is worth, let me say that my current T is WONDERFUL, such a good fit, and I trust her very much. You know what last year was like for me, so you'll know that that ain't easy for me, right?
