You, Alison, have made a great stride in life--COVERED PARKING! I don't even have a carport, which means that any vehicles in my driveway are the victims of weather/vandals/cats/etc. Depending on the month in question, weather could be rain, hail, sleet, snow, and incredible heat! Not so good for the poor, innocent vehicles!
In Texas, in August, it would be very, very nice to have covered parking (read: shade). So--you have gone up a notch in the evolutionary ladder, and you should celebrate! Plus, what a wonderful job of cleaning 'stuff' out you must have done!
