Just for tomorrow, I give you Special Dispensation to expect a lot, and to be extra super proud of your acheivement. It really does take a LOT of guts to do what you've done, and you really and truly are a SuperStar for having done it. Hell, woman! You're a SuperStar for having *tried* to do it, let alone accomplishing it.

Don't strain your rotator cuff patting yourself on the back, but do spend an hour in the backpatting machine. You certainly deserve it.
