Hi Kath!
Sorry I have been so bad in corresponding. I am moving from Ithaca back to Rochester. My roommate from Kenya is moving back with me. We both need to finish our thesis/degree projects by March 19 in order to graduate in May.
So we cut down a tree Wednesday...the first for Rose. I made her march around in 18 inches of snow and look at countless trees. Her toes finally got cold and she insisted on cutting a tree down RIGHT NOW! So we did. Then came the lesson on putting on lights. Then on decorating it, which we finished last night. Tonight, we did a few last shopping errands. She is helping me clean up the house, which has been dusty and neglected and piled with stuff for the last 2 years. She has been an angel, and cleaned out the fridge today. We also rearranged the living room and got that all cleaned up. We are going from floor to floor....
We still need to move some furniture and kitchen stuff up. I am dreding it... I am sore from moving stuff up last Wednesday and lugging stuff all over the place to new places... ugh.
So, my email address is the same. I can access it via webmail, but am having problems accessing it directly because we have a new internet connection here and have installed a router so that both of us can use our computers. That has screwed up my email connection somehow and I need to figure out the problem with the IP address... blek....
Anyway, I am OK. Am still involved with Ron. We talk marriage on and off. My cat has diabetes and intestinal cancer and it has been hard watching him waste away. I am doing all I can to help him, but I don't feel like much help as I feel all of his bones protrude....
I found out some horrible news over the summer having to do with my dad, which I will save for email. It has been hard.
Anyway, I'm sorry I have neglected emailing you... I will try to write, or write to me and I will reply.
