I think what Greg said--embarrassment--is a good way to describe it. This event should never have gone on so long, the guy who was at fault should have been in jail since 2 minutes after the event, and the only fairness would be that Cam and his family get an apology from the guilty party, and from Disney, and whatever costs he incurred be reimbursed + more.
I'm sorry when big corporations can screw hundreds/thousands, and us/we/Cam are left to eke by with whatever we can afford to do.
