Feeling sad. I took my kitty into the vet for a check up. It has been a week since he was diagnosed with diabetes. He was jaundiced and they took him into emergency. They expect to be keeping him all weekend because they said his liver may be failing.
I just called to see how he is. They said that he is 'OK.' He is on fluids but not eating. They're going to try to give him some extra yummy food to see if they can get him to eat.
My roommate left for Baltimore today for some time off, so it's just me here with my two other kitties (who know something is up).
Nikki, how did you weather the heat? (No pun intended because I know it was serious and dangerous.)
And, ditto what Shar said about your elbow.Alli
