EMDR is proving to be a remarkably effective therapy for PTSD and trauma.

No one knows officially why it works, but I have some pretty solid suspicions. I bought the $100 video and watched it and shared it with Dr. Tucker, the founder of www.egi.com. Maybe EMDR mechanisms discovery research can be worked in to some future program. In the mean time, the therapy has performance factors not to be ignored. The EMDR site has a referral service for qualified and certified EMDR therapists.
Tunnels are the last place people should look in for light.
