BIG Problems Loading Psycho-Babble

Is anyone else experiencing problems loading Psycho-Babble? I've tried Communicator 4.7 and IE 5 and neither will let me load beyond 9%. I can see Dr. Bob's picture and the archives list and no more. A couple of times I've just let it sit at 9% and about 30 minutes later, the site will load; but even then I experience the same problem trying to open threads. Also, instead of the "Start a New Thread" box at the bottom of the main page, I see the following:
My PC (a java problem or something that would effect Communicator and IE both?) or the Psycho-Babble server?
