This is common knowledge Noa. 0.8-1.2 mmol/L. is the treatment level for manic depression. Lithium has a small margin between the therapeutic level and toxic level. I believe toxicity level can start at 1.5 mmol/L.

If I were you, I would not expect a miracle from lithium but an overall lessening of your depression and much of your irritability, if you have it.
