London is probably your best bet. I noticed that Oxford seems to be compldetely free of psychiatrists
as opposed to counselors in private practice.One thought which is probably a stretch is St. George's Hospital.
It is in the East End, but I remember that Kay Jamison was there as a visiting professor a couple of times.
SO, it could be worth looking into.Abby
