Hello All:I had viral encephalitis at 26. I survived and was seizure-free until age 40. I went back on Tegretol. I've been having to slightly edge up my dosage and I'm on now between 700 and 800 mgs/day. (I'm 6'4" 200lbs). I hope I don't have to take more, because I'm concerned by several things: one, I've developed a nasty cardiac arrhythmia that usually occurs when I go from a standing to lying posture; my heart skips beats in time (beat, beat, beat, nothing/beat beat beat nothing, etc). Just thinking about it can bring it on.
What's more, in the last week I've chipped two molars. Bruxism due to needing more Tegretol?
I also read something good about choline?
Thank you,Dave B.
