TOBY (MD) are you still out there???

Anyone know what happened to Toby? I am very grateful for the way he/she helped me between Aug 98 and Aug 99. Because of suggestions from Toby, I got myself into some good therapy and for the first time am having some good effects from medication. The EMDR also helped. I wouldn't be where I am now (getting better) without him/her. If anyone who was around before August knows anything, can you share it? I would love to thank Toby.
