This is derealization/depersonalization. It will not hurt you or make you crazy, it is just something that WILL pass, I have had it non-stop for 1 1/2 years. I am to the point though where I do not even notice it, because it is a part of me. You will be fine. You will be great. Take care of yourself. This is just my opinion, but from your post it sounds exactly like what I have.
